Jaclyn Luongo is a recognized leader in the aesthetic industry with over 25 years of experience. Jaclyn has consistently driven innovation, growth, and team motivation throughout her career. Jaclyn is currently the Vice President of Business Development and Brand Partnerships for PDO Max. Since 2018, she has served on the NASNPRO Advisory Board and has been a dedicated Program Advisory Board member at the Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics since 2009. Her leadership is characterized by her ability to inspire teams, exceed expectations, and drive measurable success. Jaclyn’s background in sales is extensive and deeply rooted. In 2019, she authored Successful Selling in the Beauty Industry, a book designed to support professionals in achieving sales excellence. She has contributed regularly to PULSE Magazine and has volunteered with ISPA’s Task Force since 2007. In 2017, Jaclyn joined the Board of Directors for the Melanoma Education Foundation. Furthering her commitment to industry growth and mentorship, she joined the Global Wellness Institute in 2021 to help launch its first mentor program. Jaclyn is passionate about empowering esthetic and med spa businesses to build strong client relationships and increase revenue through strategic retail sales and business development initiatives.

In her new role, Jaclyn will lead the company's national business development strategy, focusing on expanding its market presence and enhancing brand partnerships across North America.
Jaclyn joined PDO Max in 2022 as Director of Sales, bringing over a decade of experience in the aesthetic industry. Her leadership has been instrumental in driving significant growth and fostering a culture of excellence within the sales team.
Jaclyn will oversee the creation and execution of strategic growth initiatives, mentor and expand the sales team, and cultivate meaningful brand partnerships to drive PDO Max's presence and impact in the aesthetics industry.
